Red's new GM application . (Made as Andrew asked for a new one)

•Do you speak proper English?

- Quite a decent one however , isn't the best one .

• How old are you?

- 16 . (1993)

• Why do you want to be a GM?

- Basically , help out in the server with SnailMS' team .
As the server is down for a long time , this might be the chance i can help out .
However , i got alot more to learn from others .
Being a GM do have lot of other privilege but i know the consequences of abusing them .
With the privilege given , i'm able to show my potentials out to help the server .
After all , the main thing of being a GM is to look at the players' satisfaction .
Apart from that , nothing else can really show why i'm eager being a GM.

• How can you help the server?

- Due to my limited brain cells i can't do large amount of works but i would at least meet the
requirement
Andrew wants .
Eg. Host events , vote and many more . Most commonly wiping out hackers.
As from my previous application i mention about being a Event GM , i did suggest an idea to Andrew and
he also use that for a small event . Apart from hosting small games , i have a bigger event to host and
the event banner is in the art section . You might want to take a look at it . Voting is the requirement
that all GM must do and i have no comment or excuse for that either because it's the minimum thing that
we can do for the server . As for jailing hackers , nothing different from all other GM . We have to do our
job .

• If someone was hacking right in front of you, what would you do?

- Simply jail them up even for the high levels . No warnings should be given because everyone joins a game
and they know they should not be hacking . If GM are to warn them , hackers can simply just create another
account and hack .
Due to the first attempt we still have to warn them . It's abit weird isn't it ? Warning eventually cause
alot of problems .
Eg. Multiple of accounts created ; Causing problems for the community ; When we warn the hackers , we
dont really seems to have power against the hackers and players might think we did nothing to stop the
hackers.
Banning of hackers is still a need . From my point of view , jailing them once is enough . They know the
consequences , the inconvenience caused and common sense tells that SnailMS does not allow hacking .
That's why i dont support multiple chances for hackers and i would just hand the names up to Andrew for
Blacklisting after the first jailing.

•If your GM Application is not accepted, Will you quit SnailMS?

- Infinity told me in my previous application that i might love playing this server so i did tried .
I got a few srbs and i was enjoying .
I would stay instead of leaving .
But still , i prefers being a GM .

• Experiences?

- 3-4 Years of experience in Maplesea , around 1.5 years in Private Servers.
DarkPathMs (web designer & GM) BKMS ( Non GM but a web designer & Forum moderator ) XiaoHotMs (GM)
• What events can you host?

- I dont mind sharing one of my idea and this idea suit the name of this server .
[Pamper the snail] Simply just wait for snail to crawl over to your team . To know more try it out at
SnailMS.
This is the idea i suggested to Andrew . Alot might have tried this , it's fun and simple .
For other events i might want to keep it confidential because if i have the chance to be a GM , i prefers
using ideas that is new to the server .


• How will you treat other players in the game? Including other GM's.

- Total respect to both the community and the GameMasters .
I will not show bias towards anyone in the game .
Everyone has a part to do .

• How often will you be on SnailMS?

- Meet the minimum requirement that Andrew requests .
But of course i will online more than what he wants .

• Why should we pick you?

- I dont think there's a need for mentioning why because Andrew and Alex will be discussing .
Everything is up to both of them and decision lies on them and not us .

• Do You have any suggestions on how we could make the server better? (adding items into shops etc.)

- Like what Andrew always wish for , MORE PEOPLE
