error code : -2147467261 (invalid pointer)

sorry but for some reason i cant get in i click and this pops up also ive tried to repair and ive also tried to reinstall 4 times and then put back in and it still manages to fail so any idea whats wrong.
again it pops up before i get in at all its like them game is denying snailms and you who know me knows ive never had this problem before
ive reinstalled v62 4 times and repaired twice so please assist
Note: I am windows 7 x64

hi there im archiving my own fresh copy will all fixed dll's plus the game once its archived and uploaded, ill post the link for you.
