Help please with : invalid pointer?

Error code : -2147467261 (Invalid Pointer)
Umm how do i fix this please?

give more details on how you dced, why you dced, what did you do before you dc. the chances are that you are stuck in a bugged map like amoria

Umm i click to start the game and the screen goes black like its going to start
but then goes back to my normal screen and the error pops up so yeahhhh

well u can try unistalling and making sure all files and folders are deleted and then reinstall and make sure its a clean install of mssetup version 62 and add the snailms file and it should work fine if not plz post back.

May be the main files, re-install and try again. At the same time, make sure you have the new files from our server in the same folder Hope it helped
