Hashman's Ban Appeal

What were you doing?: Training in the fm.
Evidence(ex. players etc): I can't remember who i guess reported me or got the evidence for the ban.
Time: Like 3 days ago in the evening sometime, -6:00 GMT.
Which Gm do you think banned you? Andrew

Another thing about my ban, yes i will admit that i used a damage hack but, i only used to get a somewhat decent level after rebirthing, so i could consistently train. I have been bored out of my mind, and would love to be able to play snailms again, which in my opinion is the best server i've played by far. Pl0x unban :'[

Hacking isn't allowed, at all. I highly doubt you'll be unbanned after admitting that.

Secondly, after you got banned you made an account named unbanhasman and used every hack in the book. Looks like a no to me.

actually on unbanhashman i didn't hack at all...

I saw you in the tutorial place when my char got stuck, you used monster sweep, godmode, max damage and speed damage hacks.

Regardless, you hacked, you admitted it, so this appeal is obviously rejected.

yes, but i explained i only did it to get lvl up after rb, so that i could get back to training. besides i dont even have the hack system anymore, computer deleted it during virus/spyware sweep

and i'm not risking anymore since there was a virus found in it

You were banned because you were too lazy to use a phoenix to kill a Pianus and wanted to damage hack instead. Even if you only did it once, the point is you hacked and admitted it making you banned forever.

That doesn't matter. You hacked...I don't care what you were trying to do, YOU HACKED!!! Hacking is prohibited on this server even if it's 'temporary'.

Uhh lolwut ? Don't think you'd be able to be let off that easily dude. Once you open that hack program, and just even use it for a split second, you immediately break the rules. Everyone obviously agreed to the terms and services when they registered. =] And I'm pretty sure it'll mention no hacking.

look, all i'm trying to do is be an honest player again, i feel like a retard for hacking, i mean really, thats kind of the point of a private server, the increased rates make hacking not necessary, but i guess you have a point, look if you give me a second chance, i guarantee i wont hack again. to be honest that was the first time i hacked on a server, just found them that same day. its really annoying when no one will believe you though as in this situation...

If you were dishonest once you ruin it forever. Someone that has agreed to the Terms of Service and then completely ignores them is dishonest. If you were dishonest once how do we know next time you won't use other hacks to make yourself a GM and do other stupid shit?

if u really wanna talk abt second chances then i shall tell u some facts...I did not ban EVERY hacker in the server. some repented and i let them off, promising me that they will not hack again. they listened, and yeah i think they left the server already. but yes this proves that there are people who are willing to repent. for me i think everyone who repents deserves a second chance.

another fact. I was a hacker before but for a good cause. even then hacking was wrong and yes i admitted it directly to Andrew. He told me i needed to still be punished. i was punished and forgiven. then i proved myself to HATE hackers. hacking is wrong. but people who did ANY wrong deserves a second chance as long as he/she repents. i think Andrew should seriously consider this.

well its more of a ban appeal. so just let Andrew decide. if he is lucky then he will be unbanned. otherwise no.

It's not really a 'understanding' problem...trust me, we all have hacked at some point, it's more like 'Can we trust you? Why should we trust you?' kind of thing.

Anyway, it's Andrew's choice...I'll respect whichever choice he chooses.

Trust is the hardest thing in the world to earn. Its freely given at first sight. Then if lost once, u will have a hard time getting it back.
