Failing to meet the Required will not be given any chances of becoming a GM.)

I am 14 years old.
Tell me about yourself. How would you describe yourself?
If I could describe myself in one word I would say I am average. I go to school 6 Hours I play around most of the time I am average in school I can be lazy when it comes to School , but when it counts I do it Like
Exam I thing myself a good person , I'd love to be myself from the personal entertaining.
Why are you interested in this job?
I am interested in this job because I would like to make SnailMS a better community but fun at the same time. I would like to be a GM in order to take care of hackers, scammers and advertisers but most importantly to make SnailMs more fun for new players and older players who are bored. I want to be a GM to make a change in this server.
How can you help the server?
I can help this server by assisting players when they need help, banning hackers, scammers and advertisers, hosting events and finding bugs in my spare time.
What are your Strengths?
Im outgoing and like to help people solve their probloms.
What are your weaknesses?
i cant ensure that i can help everyone but will try to do so the Best of my abiliy
What did you learn from one of your GM experiences?
I learned how to host events successfully, break up arguments and ban people, And So Much Things .
If someone was hacking right in front fo you, what would you do?
First, I would take a SS of the person hacking. Next I would ban the person. Then if they make an appeal I will use the SS as evidence and they stay banned.
If your GM Application is not accepted, Will you quit SnailMS?

I can host Hide and Seek , Jump Quests , Chair Event , ........
How will you treat other players in the game? Including other GM's.
I would treat regular players the same as GMs. GMs shouldn't get any special treatment just because their GMs. I give my full attention and respect to players and GMs.
How often will you be on SnailMs?
School Days< 5~15Hour
HoilDays < 5~24Hour
Why should we pick you?
I am an honest person. I will do my job properly and well. I am active and am always on during those times unless there is an emergency.
What position are you applying for?
GameMaster [Gm] , Level 3
What rewards do you look for in this job?
The only reward I am looking for is to make this server awesome and one of the top v62 servers with happy, satisfied players.
Do You have any suggestions on how we could make the server better?
I thing Making an NPC that could tell People all about the current GMs the Player Commands and the Fourm.
o and IF Andrew Can Add This Event its gonna to be so Fun!!! Here :
