Custom map edits

ok i have quick question. for the fm, there are things cap map.wz edits that make the fm looks different so u can stand on different spot but looks like your fly hacking on different players accounts. Some map.wz have chair that u can sit on and it seems like sit hack on other players acc. SO my question is, is map.wz aloud? if so are we aloud to sit on the chairs in the map.wz?
