i personally think 50rb+ should be the border line for the rsb rings after wipe.
should be a reward to people over 50+ rb who show dedication to the server even after the wipe imo.

The people with 120- RBs will get the GM hat. It boosts your start a lot. Most servers make the first 20 RBs a living hell because they don't have it.

For 3 days we will have free spawns so getting into a party with a person with a SuperRB ring and playing for 5 hours a day will get you 2 SuperRBs.

I'd have to say no, because for some people who worked really hard to get a lot of rb's, and no matter how hard you try people will still create random characters which will end up lagging the server again.
