My account seems to be stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I try to go on my account I keep getting the message saying "This account is alredy logged in or is during an inspection"......... I tried to log in, in another account and now it says its logging in but it doesnt do anything after the login screen like if it was frozen. Please help. Thanks.
