Maybe reinstall v62, if you have been on other PS you may have the wrong WZ files.

in the download section

ok i looked up the error code and found out it is the wz files so try 2 uninstall it and delete the folder and then reinstall it so u can make sure there are no files that should not be there get left behind.

You get the error that starts with 2147 when you don't have the correct resolution to play and your graphics card cannot change it. Make sure all your drivers are updated.

did you dl the character.wz file in fourm under dl?

yes i did and i lasted 20 mins and i D/C ed when i was halfway threw papulatus

well see if you can log back in, if not, it might just be another .wz file now, whats the error code that you got when u got dc again?

I had this problem. Its the character. Wherever the character is, that account will dc. You have to ask Andrew to transfer your stats and items over to a new char.
