I am 14, but I am quite mature for my age - Yes I know everyone says that, but I feel that I truly am a Mature young Adult.

• Tell me about yourself. How would you describe yourself?
I am a 14 Year old young man, which Lives in the United Kingdom, I Live to play Rugby and I love to be out of the house, If I set my mind to something I will put 110% effort into that job in which I have set, I do not give up easily and I am very Loyal and can also be extremely Active if needed. I am a GFX artist which means I deal in things such as Graphics and Logos and other such things involving graphics - [ That can also include moving graphics 'Animations' and Also I can make AMVs ]. I am also Half Welsh and Half Irish. If you have anything else in which you wish to know just post below and I will answer it. Thanks.

• Why are you interestind in this job? [Interested*]
I am interested in this job so I can be a helper to those in which are starting their 'Maple Life' in Snail MS and guide them on the rules and in general just help them. I also am Interested in this job to help the Community of Snail MS by jailing Bug Abusers, and banning Hackers. And for the Well Being of the Snail MS community.

• How can you help the server?
I Feel I can help the server in a few ways,
One - one reason could be my GFX 'skills' and I could help the server look more professional with better graphics 'advertising' the server.
Two - another reason would be my judgement and fairness to all players of the Mapling Community.
Three - Final reason would be that I could help the server by banning hackers and jailing Bug Abusers.

• What are your Strengths?
My strengths would be my fairness as stated above, my fairness - also stated above.. and also something which has not been said which is my friendliness towards all people.

• What are your weaknesses?
My weaknesses can sometimes be in my activeness as due to school, I may not be able to be on as much I normally could be, Usually I can be on 4-5 hours a day everyday. But I wish to only be online for a maximum of 3 hours due to my 'addiction' towards the PC.
Also a weakness could be my lack of knowledge towards Snail MS.

• What did you learn from one of your GM experiences?
That you need to have a good patience towards the players of Maplestory and keep 'level-headed' and not everyone can speak, English to a higher Standard.

• If someone was hacking right in front fo you, what would you do?
I would go invisible
I would take Screen Shots and/or a video using FRAPS of them hacking.
Gather enough information to know that he/she was hacking.
Then Temp/Perm Ban that player depending on the Rules.

•If your GM Application is not accepted, Will you quit SnailMS?
No I will just play as a normal player and try and help the community without the GM Status.

I will treat them with the up-most respect, and treat them how I would wish to be treated.

• How often will you be on SnailMS?
I will be on SnailMS on an average Week Day - 3/4 Hours, and on Weekends anything from 5 Hours to 11 Hours if needed.

• Why should we pick you?
You should pick me because I put 110% effort into my work, and I am a determined worker and can help the Community a lot.
Also you should pick me for my GFX abilities.

• What position are you applying for?
I am applying for Basic GM.

• What rewards do you look for in this job?
The Reward of doing a Good Job, And making SnailMS a nice and happy community.

• Do You have any suggestions on how we could make the server better?
You could make the advertisement banners a lot more, ' attractive ' and also create a new set of 'GM' like people. Called Helpers.
These people will be 'highly' respected among players and have commands such as 'warp', 'DC' and others. These Helpers will be basically what the name says, Helpers they will take 'calls' from other players that are stuck with the Game, in need of assistance. Or just that want to know a bit more about SnailMS these Helpers can go On and Off 'duty' and will help the Community Alot, If you wish to ask / know more about this idea, just Post below and I will answer.

Pick me and I will help the Server as much as is Humanly Possible.

This a pretty good app but have you played for a week yet?

Uhm, I will try find Evidence of this. Hmm, I doubt there is any but I could try find some evidence :]
