it seems very strange to me...
when my net cuts off.. i simply call them.. and within 24 Hrs MAX.
i get my net back up..
what kind of shitty service he belongs to?

Yah, it happened to me once too. It took around 2 weeks to get it back. But the ISP gave us 3 years of free high speed internet....
