• Do you speak proper English?

The English language is a hard language to grasp, but I will try my best to speak as properly and intellectually as a possibility can.

• How old are you?

• Why do you want to be a GM?

I believe that I possess the qualities that create or help create a server successful.
I am not just a kid who just wants to become a GameMaster to have awesome skills for their own gain.
I find it very degrading to the players, fellow GameMasters and most of all to the Owner when a chosen GameMaster abuses his/her's opportunity by only playing for their gain, and not helping the server.
Sure, it is fun to almost be able to do anything, but "with great power comes great responsibility" which I believe that I have. I have learned what it takes to be a beneficial GameMaster and I can assure, I can handle the position and anything that comes along with it.
I am the type of person who if given the chance will prove myself to be exceptional beneficial for SnailMS to become Truly Successful!
I am a responsible person and GameMaster's must be responsible, for it only takes one small mistake to change the whole experience for players.

• How can you help the server?

I can help create an environment where the players of the community feel like they are at home, this would involve talking to everyone constantly and treating them like equals. Servers need players, in this server I feel we have enough players to make a movement, therefore keeping all the players entertained is going to be a key concept.

Along with bringing social skills, I would like to help the server by encouraging more votes, banning the people who feel the hacking is the only way to prove that they can play the game.

I have also tried to help the server by making a banner that would help make things more attractive. Along with GameMaster abilities I would be glad to make banners or any sort of GFX things for the server.

• If someone was hacking right in front for you, what would you do?

Simple.
First of all finding the hacker is key to anyone's success I would look for them using my simple rules about hackers

-They keep asking how many GM's are online
-Their IGN's are very complicated (Ex : 5w7b38e67n85).
-They hate the server.
-They have little or no buddies.
-They don't care about their looks. (They don't even get hair and eyes)
-They try to run away from people.
-They have extremely high self-esteem. (Low possibility because immature people also do that. They think they are the best in the world...)
-They level up so fast

If they met the criteria I would:
take an SS and to post it in the forums to justify my proof, and also to see his/her name if they are able to run away.

Following the SS, I would do !ipban [username] or in most server its known as !ban [username]

After the ban I would take a couple seconds to post it in the forums to make sure that his/her appeal should not happen because of the act of hacking in a private server.

Hacking should be frowned upon. This worsens the hackers case due to the fact that this is a private server, and the rates are massively increased from those of GMS.


•If your GM Application is not accepted, Will you quit SnailMS?

No, I feel using that as a reason for leaving is silly.

• Experiences?

I was a GM of KyrosMs(v55-Closed), HeroicStories(v62), and my application was accepted and put on hold for a server that never opened named MapleDayMs.

• What events can you host?

There are many events that are host able. Those events include the regular JQ, Hide and Seek, True/False, Scavenger Hunt,
'Find that item'- Meaning with the permission of Andrew change the drop rate to 1 in the particular channel, then spawn a monster and have the players search for a rare item.

• How will you treat other players in the game? Including other GM's.

They are all friends, friends should all be treated with maximum respect and kindness.
Alone my gratitude to all the players in this community for allowing a stranger to play and be apart of this community is heart warming
Therefore what comes around goes around, I will treat every with the most respect I possibly can give.

• How often will you be on SnailMS?

I can on about three hours on weekdays and around 5-6 hours on the weekend. Time will be increased because of holidays, but may also decrease due to certain events in my life that must come first.

• Why should we pick you?

Well, I personally do not think that everyone has a good reason of "why should you pick you to be the next GM?".

To me, being a GM is a role given by the owner as an opportunity to help his/her players and help bring more people to his/her to the community more lively. I can say that I know what is correct and what is wrong. I do not mistaken people for hacking and banning them for no particular reasons.
I also do not abuse my powers as an GM even if I hate that particular person to the core. I am able to try fix any errors that the owner is facing. I can also host events(depends if owner agrees with it or not.) I treat newcomers friendly and I am willing to spend time listening to the players problems, chat with them when they are bored, solving and advising, etc.
I do not discriminate my players. Example: calling them names, talking behind their backs. I am very mature in my own stands, there are always ways to solve problems. Not by running away or jumping into conclusions and pin-pointing at others to make them a scapegoat. I am able to differentiate what is correct from wrong, and able to change them.

• Do You have any suggestions on how we could make the server better? (adding items into shops etc.)

Some suggestion in my mind would be for a more stable online rate of the server. As of a couple days ago the server has been crashing a lot, and I understand it has taken a toll on most of the players, this would really help.

Second thing I would suggest is a CMS page, other known as Cype page. Since there are lots of players get stuck as of late, I think perhaps allowing them to use an user friendly web page to help them fix there own problems since not always will the GMs or Owner Andrew will if the problem at a rate the players want.

u can try coping everything and paste it in microsoft words and it will help correct u =D
