Hi, my name is Blake and i would like to see if i could have the honor of being one of your GM's, i have past expirence on JokeMS i was the 2nd to head GM.

There are two reasons why you have a 0% chance of being a GM here. They are:
1. There is a format. If you don't follow it, nobody looks at your app.
2. I have not seen you here for a week. You need to play for a week to apply for GM.

And 3, he has no evidence of him being GM. 4, because he wasn't humble enough to read through the forums to find things out thinking that he can just be GMed by simply making an app. 5, Andrew doesn't trust people who just come and say "Hey I was an ____<<(put in high ranking status here) from ___MS make me become one of your GMs."
