RE: Looking for Assistance (ASAP)

This regarding not being able to log in into the server. I can login using my username and password but as I click the my character, it will just close my snailMS (maplestory). A text box appears and says "you have been disconnected from the login server".
Can somebody help me with this issue.

Just to let you know, I just got unbanned from using hacking program (ganja trainer). I was wondering whether this was the cause of me not being able to play?

try changing to ch2 instead of ch1
or
the server lagging
or
move to the usa
or
get a better internet provider (Verizon is Recommended)
or
Wait for someone else to help you :3

here is what i did when i had a dc problem i uninstalled v62 and made sure there was no extra files in it and then i deleted the extra files(if there are any).and i reinstalled v62

There is a chance (Im not SURE) that your character may have already been deleted. That isin a case of a server restart (as in all characters wiped) etc etc. Good luck figuring out

well is it a server restart? and if it isn't who noes

The server is currently down. That might also be the problem. But the chances are lower from before. Relax and wait for the verdict to be passed

Yeah, i used to have the same problem... i kept trying and trying but the next day it worked fine >_>
