hi andrew~
my friends canot log in his character
when he is log in, it say that id is already logged in
but my friends is appear offline in my party list
can andrew help me fix it?

U said that he can't log in therefore he should be online and do not try to spam log in it would say that it is already logged in.

just tell him 2 close the game and reopen it and proceed on telling what happens

please ask him what was he doing before he dced, and when he tries to log in does it have any sign of him logging, like the "blahblahblah is logged in" notification on the bottom right but he is not online ?
