Why and How did my character possibly get banned?

Okay so I do not understand as to why my character is banned?

It says that my IP etc is banned? HOW IS THAT even possible .... I have never done anything wrong for that to possibly happen.

This makes absolutely no sense to me,

If i knew she would have spammed that in your server i would have stopped it right away.
