Question about TOS

Just came from a server where I got banned for being called stupid by the owner and losing an event against a few GM's. Cool thing is, this server is right below it on http://www.maplestory200.com/ , so I decided to come here in hopes to vote and get this server past the other server. -_-

So I was reading the TOS, and under Article 2 of In-game rules, I saw this:
"6.) AFK training is not tolerated and will lead to a permanant IP ban."

What does this mean? There are alot of things I could consider AFK training.

I really hope the owner here isnt an idiot. Doesnt look like it from what ive seen so far though.

AFK training is like
you being afk and training at the same time
Like having a bird/oct/dragon out while you afk
or just have something pressed down this button

Ok, thats what I though. Just wanted to make sure.
Well, Norton isnt letting me download the client. The second I download it gets removed... Ive tried turning Norton off, it just keeps removing it. :/
