Registration Empty Registration

To see the download page people should have to register in the forums. This way you can see how long they have been playing, and see if they have met the requirements for the GM apps.

Andrew can always check the database for the time that people with good apps have played for. Doing this would lessen increase of players since people are too lazy to register. :/
