Unregistered ID problem?~~

Well, this problem has affected me
1. Try logging in, if it has that message "This is not a registered ID", go to guest log in.
2. Goto guest log in, and u should be in another server ( dont ask me why )
3. Then log out of guest login and log in normally
4. everything should be fine, if not re download client."
